Buyer’s Premium

Unless otherwise stated in the auction-specific terms, a 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price of all items sold at auction. This premium is payable by the winning bidder in addition to the final bid amount.

Registration and Bidding Requirements

  • All users must register on our bidding platform before participating in any auction.
  • A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file at the time of registration.
  • Bidding privileges may be denied or revoked at Legacy Online Auction LLC’s sole discretion.

Payment

At the conclusion of each auction, the card on file for the winning bidder will be charged for the full amount due, including the hammer price, buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes or fees. By registering and bidding, you authorize Legacy Online Auction LLC to charge your card for all amounts owed.

As-Is Condition

All items are sold "AS IS," "WHERE IS," and with all faults. Legacy Online Auction LLC makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, condition, authenticity, or suitability of any item. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding.

No Returns or Chargebacks

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason. By participating in our auctions, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or reversal of charges through your bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to do so may result in permanent loss of bidding privileges and legal action.

Changes to Terms

Legacy Online Auction LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or participation in auctions constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
