- Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
2. No Chargebacks
- All sales are final. By placing a bid, you waive any right to dispute or initiate a chargeback through your financial institution or credit card provider.
3. Payment Terms
- A valid credit card must be on file prior to bidding.
- Winning bids will be automatically charged to the card on file at the close of the auction.
- Failure to provide valid payment may result in cancellation of the sale and banning from future auctions.
4. Pickup Required
- All items must be picked up by the buyer within the designated timeframe and location provided after the auction.
- No shipping or delivery services are provided.
- Failure to pick up items may result in forfeiture without refund.
5. Bidder Responsibility
- Bidders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Misuse or abuse of the auction platform may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges.
